gafer.pl ERGO GLOVES
We have already written about the EU declaration of conformity in the context of gafer.pl gloves. Another equally interesting test concerned ergonomic properties and the possibility of using the ERGO GLOVES mark. We all know gafer.pl gloves are great - but now we have official "DOCUMENT". The Central Institute for Labour Protection - National Research Institute (CIOP-PIB) has confirmed that our gloves meet the ERGO GLOVES standard. These are highly reputable institutions and formal documentation.
In the case of the ERGO GLOVES mark, a single ergonomic properties test is conducted, including surface electromyography (EMG), in accordance with the NORV-43 testing procedure. This method evaluates whether the gloves are suitable for tasks such as:
- pulling elements with fingers or a clenched fist while rotating the wrist with high force,
- holding objects with straightened or bent fingers by pressing them against a surface,
- gripping and squeezing cylindrical objects with low force,
- screwing/unscrewing tasks requiring wrist rotation around the object’s axis with high force.
All gafer.pl glove models, even the most heavy-duty tuff versions, have been awarded the prestigious ERGO GLOVES designation.
