DT SAVEKING® belaying support safety wire, commonly referred to as safety rope, is a prophylactic protection for lighting and sound equipment against falls from heights.
With a built-in damping loop, the rope allows for controlled reduction of sudden weight. The color-coded markings make it possible to quickly and accurately assess whether a fall has occurred, above 1, the point at which the safety rope should be replaced with a new one.
The safety rope is pressed at both ends with a coupler that meets DIN 6899, and is connected thanks to a quick-release coupler that complies with DIN 56927 Form B.
